About Products

Cellabs specialises in the development, manufacture and marketing of immunodiagnostic kits for tropical and infectious diseases. We also specialise in the detection of waterborne parasites, particularly Giardia and Cryptosporidium, and for over 25 years have been a leading supplier of such reagents to the European market. In 1999, the Cellabs Crypto CEL antibody became the first IFA reagent approved by the UK Drinking Water Inspectorate to enable water companies to comply with the new Drinking Water Regulations.

Cellabs manufactures its products under a Quality management System (QMS) according to ISO13485:2016. All products are listed under the TGA Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG), CE Marked according to EC Directive 98/79/EC and certified according to ISO13485:2016.

Cellabs products are exported over 40 countries either directly or via a network of distributors. A list of our products can be found under the Catalogue page.

Since June 2013, Cellabs commenced the manufacture of Tropbio ELISA products.  All Tropbio products are manufactured under the existing Cellabs Quality Management System (QMS).
